Appretix Inc. ("Appretix", "we", "us") is a federally incorporated Canadian company. This policy explains what personal data we collect on www.appretix.com (this corporate website) and how we use it. Each of our products (TraideChart, NegotiSim, etc.) ships its own product-specific privacy policy linked from its respective site.

2. What we collect on this site

• Analytics — anonymised page views and aggregate session data via Vercel Analytics. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.
• Contact form / email — when you write to developer@appretix.com we receive your email address, the message, and anything you choose to share.
• Server logs — our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) for security and operational purposes.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your message.
• To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
• To detect abuse and keep the site secure.

We do not sell personal data, run ads on this site, or share data with marketers.

4. Legal basis (GDPR / PIPEDA)

For visitors in the EU/UK, we rely on legitimate interest for security and anonymised analytics, and consent for any optional cookie should we add one in the future. For visitors in Canada, processing follows PIPEDA principles of accountability, consent, limiting collection, and safeguards.

We rely on a small number of trusted vendors: Vercel (hosting + analytics — USA), Google (only where embedded by our products, not this site). Each is bound by their own data processing terms.
